1. Select the quantity that best matches your needs.
2. Send us your one finished design file via Etsy message/email – the file must be a high-resolution file (.ai, .png, .psd with 300dpi). Message us through Etsy to attach it instead or if you only have components (i.e., logo, background color, conference dates – be sure to provide all of the details in the Personalization section or message us on Etsy).
3. If you want two different designs – one on front, one on back – choose “two designs” at checkout.
Merch and bulk order discounts are available for items with the same logo/design with a discount (logo, quote, image, etc. – same design), please reach out to us for more details.
Most of our products ship within 1 - 3 business days. Bulk orders - items more than 50 typically, ship within 3 - 5 business days. If you have a specific deadline for delivery, please reach out so we can be sure to make it in time!
Default shipping is with USPS Ground Advantage. You have the option to upgrade/change your preferred shipping before checkout using the shipping calculator. We will ship according to what you select. Be sure to review the delivery timeline for your shipping option. USPS Ground Advantage is 5 - 8 business days, USPS Priority is 2 - 3 business days, and so on.
Our products are handmade and personalized to your specifications. Unfortunately, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges due to their one-of-a-kind nature.
